Terms and Conditions – Blue Horizon Dubrovnik Boats
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking with Blue Horizon Dubrovnik Boats. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or online form.
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is payable before departure, in cash or as agreed in advance.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
All prices are final and include VAT, boat rental, skipper, fuel (unless otherwise specified), and full onboard equipment.
Food, drinks, and entry tickets to certain islands (e.g. Mljet National Park) are not included, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
In case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, Blue Horizon Dubrovnik Boats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. If cancellation occurs due to weather, you will receive a full refund or may choose an alternative date.
4. Responsibility & Safety
The skipper is fully responsible for navigation and has the right to change the route depending on sea/weather conditions for the safety of passengers.
All passengers must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Life jackets are provided and must be used when instructed.
5. Passenger Liability
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
Blue Horizon Dubrovnik Boats is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
6. Arrival & Departure
Passengers must arrive at the agreed location at least 15 minutes before departure time.
Tours start and end at the scheduled time unless agreed otherwise with the skipper.
7. Insurance
Our boat is fully insured, including passenger insurance.
This does not include personal travel or medical insurance, which is the responsibility of the guest.
8. Changes to Terms
Blue Horizon Dubrovnik Boats reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
